Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Inkpeek ("we") collects when you use the App and how it is used.

Photos you upload

When you preview a tattoo, the body photo and the design you choose are uploaded over an encrypted connection to our server and passed to our AI processing partners (kie.ai, which runs Google image models, and BytePlus ModelArk, which runs ByteDance Seedream models) solely to produce your result. Uploaded photos and generated results are automatically deleted from the processing servers within 24 hours. Results are stored only on your device; we do not keep copies and we never use your photos to train AI models. Text descriptions you type for a design are processed the same way.

Account

The App does not require an account. We identify your installation with an anonymous device identifier to enforce fair-use limits and to count your free generations.

Data we collect

• Usage data: which style or body spot was used, timestamps, processing time, success/failure, and the anonymous device identifier — used for limits, cost monitoring and improving the service.
• Crash and error reports: collected through Sentry when enabled (device model, OS version, app version, stack traces). No photos are included.
• Purchases: subscription status is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Content reports: if you report a result from inside the App, we receive the reported image, the reason you pick, your optional note, the app version and the anonymous device identifier, so we can review it and improve our content filters. Reported images are kept for up to 30 days.

What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party ads.

Retention

Uploaded photos and results: deleted from servers within 24 hours. Usage logs: up to 24 months. Crash reports: 90 days. Content reports: reported images 30 days, report records up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can delete all generated content from the App at any time (Account → Delete all my designs). To request deletion of server-side usage data linked to your device, or for any privacy question, email support@inkpeek.app with your device id (shown in the Account screen). EU/EEA users have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
